  • Who is the Rightful Heir for Kingdom ?

Who is the Rightful Heir for Kingdom ?

Once there was king who had three sons. King was getting old and he knew that time has come when he should decide which son will succeed his throne after him. He wanted to give his throne to his son who can handle his kingdom wisely.

King called his three son and said, “I will give you each 100 bucks and an empty room. After week i will check each room, One whose room will be filled most, will become my successor.”

    All of them agreed.

Eldest son thought, “At such time of inflation, how can someone fill a whole room with something with such less amount. He was not able to think of anything. So he decided that he will gamble that money and make more money so that he can have enough money to fill that room with things.”

Middle son thought, “He can’t buy anything new with such less amount that can fill whole room. So he just collected all the garbage and fill that room with it. He was happy that he had filled that room as per condition of his father.”

King’s youngest son went to market and bought candles and scent.

After one week king went to each son.

First he went to eldest son and saw that he was sitting outside that room. King asked him, “Why are you sitting outside room like this?”

Eldest son told him that, “I went to play gamble and lost that amount. Now i have no money to buy anything so now i have nothing to fill that room.”

After listening to him king felt disappointed and said, “If i give you throne then you will just gamble away your kingdom.”

Then king went to second son. After king reached the second son, he began to feel nausea because of smell coming from that room. King asked his son, “where the smell is coming from?”

Second son replied, “Dad.. that all i could get in 100rs. I filled this room with garbage because of which this bad smell is coming from room.”

King again felt disappointed and left. Now king went to his youngest son.

After reaching his room king felt good because of fragrance coming from his room. He asked his son, “What did you bought with that 100 rs?”

His third son pulled a match out of the box and striking the side, lit a match, immediately illuminating the room with light and said, “Dad.. I bought some candle and scent to fill whole room with light and fragrance..”

King was happy to see his younger son and decided to give his kingdom to his youngest son.

Moral: God had given us this body, Now it’s our choice how we want to use it and keep it.

  • Do You Know How To CATCH WILD PIG ?

Karl Marx once said- “Remove one freedom from every generation. Soon you will have no freedom left and no one would have even noticed.

One day while the class was in the laboratory, a Professor noticed a young man kept rubbing his back and stretching, as if his back hurt.

The Professor asked the young man what was the matter. The student told him that he had a bullet lodged in his back. He had been shot while fighting Communists in his native country, who were trying to overthrow his country’s Government and install a new Communist regime.

Then, the student looked at the Professor and asked a strange question-

“Do you know how to catch wild Pigs ?”

The professor thought it was a joke and asked for the punchline. The young man said that it was no joke at all.

“You catch wild Pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting Corn on the ground. The Wild Pigs find the Corn and begin to come every day to eat the Free food.

When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence on one side of the place where they are used to coming regularly.

At first, the Wild Pigs are scared, but when they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence.

They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side.

The Pigs, which are used to the Free Corn, start to come through the gate to eat that Free Corn again. Then you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.

Suddenly, the wild Pigs have lost their freedom. They run around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the Free Corn.

They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity and they are slaughtered thereafter.”

The young man then told the Professor-
“That is exactly what is happening in many countries today.

The Governments keep pushing the people towards Socialism and keep spreading the Free Corn out in the form of programmes such as Free Rations, Free Electricity, Tax credits, Caste Benefits, Farm subsidies, Welfare Schemes, Free entitlements, Free medicines, while the people continually lose their freedom, just a little bit at a time.”

One should always remember a simple Truth:

There is no such thing as a Free Lunch

If you think that the Free Ride is essential to your way of life, then God help you when the gates slam shut !

  • Life teaching by the Sea

    Sea is a Thief

When a strong wave came on the shore of the sea, a child’s sandal was carried away with it.

The child writes with his finger on the sand… “The sea is a thief”

A fisherman catches a lot of fish on the other side of the same sea.

He writes on the same sand…”The sea is my sustenance”

A young man dies by drowning in the sea.

His mother writes on the sand… “The sea is the killer”

On the other side a poor old man was walking on the sand with a crooked back…he found a priceless pearl in a big oyster,

He writes on the sand… “The sea is very rich”

….Suddenly a big wave comes and goes away after erasing all the writings.

Meaning the ocean doesn't care what people think about it, it is always cool with its waves.

If you want to become a huge ocean, then never pay attention to unnecessary things in life…

What about the people…. their opinion varies according to the circumstances.

“If the fly falls in the tea, then throws the tea and if the fly falls in the pure country ghee, then the fly is thrown away.”

                                   जो जितनी "सुविधा" में है
                                  वो उतनी ही "दुविधा" में है ।

Stay healthy, stay cool, always keep smiling, keep smiling and take great care of yourself………..!!

  • Dr. Vikram Sarabhai first interaction with Dr. Abdul Kalam Sir.

One day, a gentleman wearing a dhoti and a shawl was reciting the Bhagwat Gita in while sitting on the sea shore of Chennai.

At that time a boy came there and said to him :

“Do you still read such a book today in this age of science ?

Look, at this moment we have reached the moon.
And ,But, you are stuck in this Gita, and Ramayana.”

The gentleman asked the boy : “What do you know about the Gita ?”

The boy did not answer the question and said excitedly :

“What will happen after reading all that.
You know,, I am a student of Vikram Sarabhai Research Institute, and I am a scientist.
    This Gita lesson is useless.”

The gentleman laughed when he heard the boy’s words.

Just then two huge cars came and stopped there. Some black commandos came down from one car and a soldier from the other car.

The man dressed as a soldier opened the back door of the car, knocked a salute and stood by the car door.

The gentleman who was reciting the Gita,
got into the car at a slow pace and sat up.

The boy was shocked to see all this.
He thought the man must be renowned person.
Unable to find anyone, to ask…
Then. the boy ran up to him and asked,
“Sir, Sir, who are you ?”

The gentleman said in a very calm voice :

    “I am Vikram Sarabhai.”

😳 The boy seemed to play a 440 volt shock.

Do you know who this boy was ?

    Dr. Abdul Kalam.

After that Dr. Kalam read Bhagwat Gita. Read Ramayana, Mahabharata and other books.

And as a result of reading this Gita,
Dr. Kalam promised not to eat meat for the rest of his life. He wrote in his autobiography, Gita A science. The Gita, the Ramayana, the Mahabharata are a great proud pursuit of the Indians’ own cultural heritage.

How many us do Read Bhagvad Gita or Ramayan or Mahabharat? IF we ask this simple question honestly to ourselves, we will get answer to most of the doubts we have or what we see in our society. I am myself a victim of such thoughts in my youth and used to laugh out at my mother when she used to narate her readings of Bhagvad Gita or Ramayan or Mahabharat. But not anymore…

  • Who am I ? A Story – Thought Provoking – Think Different.

    Who am I ? A Story – Thought Provoking – Think Different.

Once, a beggar while begging in a train, noticed a well-dressed businessman wearing a suit and boots. He thought that this man must be very rich, so he will surely give good money if I ask him. So he went and asked that man for alms.

The man looked at the beggar and said, “You always beg and keep asking from people, do you ever give anything to anyone?”

The beggar said, “Sir, I am a beggar, I can only keep asking people for money. How will I be able to give anything to anyone?”

The man replied, “When you can’t give anything to anyone, then you don’t have any right to ask as well. I am a businessman and believe in transactions only – if you have something to give me, then I can also give you something in return.”

Just then, the train arrived at a station, and the businessman got down and left.

The beggar started thinking about what the man had said. His words somehow reached the beggar’s heart.

He started thinking that maybe I do not get much money in alms because I am not able to give anything to anyone in return. But I am a beggar, I am not even worth giving anything to anyone. But for how long will I keep asking people without giving anything.

After thinking deeply, the beggar decided that whenever he gets something on begging, he will definitely give something back to that person in return.

But now the question was, what could he give others in return for begging? The whole day had passed thinking about this but he could not find any answer to his question.

The next day while he was sitting near the station, his eyes fell on some flowers blooming on the plants around the station. He thought, why not give some flowers to the people in return for alms.

He liked this idea and plucked some flowers from there and went to the train to beg.

Whenever someone gave alms to him, he would give some flowers to them in return. People used to keep those flowers happily with them.

Now the beggar used to pluck flowers everyday and distribute those flowers among the people in return for the alms.

Within a few days he realized that now a lot of people have started giving him alms. He used to pluck all the flowers near the station. As long as he had flowers, many people used to give him alms. But when no more flowers were left with him, he wouldn’t get much. And this continued every day.

One day when he was begging, he saw that the same businessman was sitting in the train, because of whom he was inspired to distribute flowers.

The beggar immediately reached out to him and said, “Today I have some flowers to give you in return for alms.”

The man gave him some money and the beggar gave him some flowers in return. The man liked his idea very much and was quite impressed.

He said, “Wow! Today you too have become a businessman like me.” Taking flowers from the beggar, he got down at the station.

But once again, his words had reached deep into the beggar’s heart. He kept thinking again and again about what the man had said and started becoming happy.

His eyes started shining now, he felt that he had now got the key to success by which he could change his life.

He immediately got down from the train and excitedly looked up at the sky and in a very loud voice said, “I am not a beggar anymore, I am a businessman now, I can also become like that gentleman, I can also become rich.”

When people saw him, they thought that maybe this beggar has gone mad. From the next day that beggar never appeared at that station again.

Four years later, two men dressed in suits were traveling from the same station. When both of them looked at each other, one of them bowed to the other with joined hands and asked, “Do you recognize me?”

The other replied, “No! Maybe we’re meeting for the first time.”

The first one again said, “Sir, try to remember, we are not meeting for the first time but for the third time”.

Second person, “Well, I can’t remember. When was it that we met before?”

Now the first person smiled and said, “We have met twice in the same train before. I am the same beggar whom you had told in the first meeting what I should do in life, and in the second meeting you told me who I really am.”

“As a result, today I am a very big flower merchant and I am going to another city in respect of the same business.”

“You told me the law of nature in the first meeting… according to which we get something only when we give something.
This rule of transaction really works, I’ve felt it very well, but I always thought of myself as a beggar, I never thought to rise above it.

When I met you for the second time, you told me that I have become a businessman. Thanks to you, from that day onwards, my perspective changed and now I have become a businessman, I’m not a beggar anymore.”

Indian sages probably put the most emphasis on Knowing Yourself’.

As long as the beggar considered himself a beggar, he remained a beggar and when he considered himself as a businessman, he became one. Similarly, the day we will understand our true nature, then what will be left to know and understand ?

  • The World is a big mirror.

The World is a big mirror.

Once a dog ran into a museum where all the walls, the ceiling, the door and even the floor were made of mirror.
Seeing this the dog froze in surprise in the middle of the hall, a whole pack of dogs surrounded it from all sides, from above and below.
Just in case, the dog bared his teeth, all the reflections responded to it in the same way.
Frightened, the dog frantically barked. The reflections imitated the bark and increased it many times. The dog barked even harder and the echo was keeping up. The dog tossed from one side to another, biting the air – his reflections also tossed around snapping their teeth.
Next day in the morning, the museum security guards found the miserable dog, lifeless and surrounded by a million reflections of lifeless dogs.
There was nobody, who would make any harm to the dog.
The dog died by fighting with his own reflections.
The world doesn’t bring good or evil on its own.

Everything that is happening around us is the reflection of our own thoughts, feelings, wishes and actions.
The World is a big mirror.

  • OUT OF BOX THINKING – INSTINCTS

Many hundreds of years ago in a small Italian town, a Merchant had the misfortune of owing a large sum of Money to the Moneylender.

The moneylender, who was Old and Ugly, fancied the merchant’s Beautiful Daughter ?‍♀so he proposed a bargain.

He said he would forgo the merchant’s
debt if he could marry the daughter. Both the merchant and his daughter were horrified by the proposal.

The moneylender told them that he would put a black pebble and a white pebble into an empty bag.

The girl would then have to pick one pebble from the bag.
If she picked the black pebble, she would become the moneylender’s wife and her father’s debt would be forgiven.
If she picked the white pebble she need not marry him and her father’s debt would still be forgiven.
But if she refused to pick a pebble, her father would be thrown into jail.

They were standing on a pebble strewn path in the merchant’s garden.
As they talked, the moneylender bent over to pick up two pebbles.
As he picked them up, the sharp-eyed girl noticed that he had picked up two black pebbles and put them into the bag.

He then asked the girl to pick her pebble from the bag.

What would you have done if you were the girl?

Careful analysis would produce three possibilities:

    1. Should the girl refuse to take a pebble.
    2. Or should the girl show that there were two black pebbles in the bag and expose the moneylender as a cheat.
    3. Or should the girl pick a black pebble and sacrifice herself in order to save her father from his debt and imprisonment.

The above story is used with the hope that it will make us appreciate the, Difference between Lateral and Logical thinking.

The girl put her hand into the moneybag and drew out a pebble.

Without looking at it, she fumbled and let it fall onto the pebble-strewn path where it immediately became lost among all the other pebbles.

“Oh, how clumsy of me,” she said.

“But never mind, if you look into the bag for the one that is left, you will be able to tell which pebble I picked.” Since the remaining pebble is black, it must be assumed that she had picked the white one.

And since the moneylender dared not admit his dishonesty, the girl changed what seemed an Impossible situation into an Advantageous one.

☺Most Complex problems do have a Solution, sometimes we have to think about them in a Different way.

This is called as Out of Box THINKING

  • Prodigious Science behind seeing our palms or rubbing it on our face first thing in the Morning

    Eyes Closed Kid

    Morning Prayer:
    Karaagre Vasate Lakshmi.
    Karamadhye Sarasvati.
    Karamuule Tu Govindah.
    Prabhaate Karadarshanam.

Lets now Break it down – The above is an act belongs to seeing visions.

We have slept for long hours…and our mind was off…hence low pranic activity…saving is earning.

Eyes are big ways to lose our pranic and mental energy…hence upon opening eyes…energy should reflect back to us…they used to rub hands and look into it.

Then you must align your visions…tonthe following
Kargare vasathe Lakshmi ( crimson red /pink )
Karamadhye saraswthi ( white color )
    Karamulethu govindam ( anand blue)
    Prabhathe karadarshanm

These colors has it’s influence over your life…..

So ancient people knew lot about visions
    -> Energy
    -> Touch
    -> Feel
    -> Divinity

We lost the meaning when invaded and our forefathers lost the technology and started interpreting causally.

No Harm Giving it a try though
